Our Textile Solutions

Our textile solutions for handling and storing materials and semi-finished parts are built with a clear goal: optimizing internal flows, reducing waste and ensuring maximum protection for sensitive components.

Our systems stand out for:

👉 reusability: a concrete alternative to single-use, with a strong impact on sustainability.

👉 compatibility with existing structures: we develop custom sheets and dividers for carts and pallet boxes already in use, reducing upfront investment costs.

👉 from-scratch design: when needed, we study and build the optimal structure for the client, combining logistics functionality with component protection.

👉 ongoing support: we support clients through the replacement and maintenance of the sheets over time, to ensure continuity and consistent performance.

The materials we use are varied and always selected based on the application:

– Evolon® ESD: for handling in environments with electrostatic risk;

– Tyvek®: barrier against dust and contaminants;

– Fire-retardant PVC: mechanical strength and compliance with safety regulations;

– Colibrì and coated technical fabrics: lightweight, durable solutions for covers and linings.

Thanks to this variety of materials and our experience, we’re able to offer reliable, durable solutions that are fully integrated into our clients’ industrial processes.
