Surface-Safe: for painted surfaces and sensitive components. Interior pockets in tear-resistant technical fabric with a dust barrier. Designed to protect painted surfaces and sensitive components that don't require anti-static protection but must be shielded from dust, abrasion and direct contact. Suited to painted parts, glossy surfaces and premium-finish components.
Headlight housings, Class-A components with complex geometry and non-standard dimensions, were generating waste not in production but during internal handling: micro-scratches from friction, worn single-use packaging, and an insufficient number of pieces per cycle relative to volumes.
