The MGR Group Team at Work
Work With Us

Join the MGR Group Team

We believe the quality of every cart, of every textile component that leaves our facility, depends first and foremost on the people who make it. We're a family-run company that has grown year after year thanks to a team that today numbers more than 27 people across the mechanical, textile, technical and sales departments.

We're not just looking for skilled hands: we're looking for people who want to learn a real trade, grow within the company and put their skills to work on something you can see, touch and that lasts.

Why Work With Us

Discover Our Values and Explore Open Opportunities

A solid work environment, built on technical expertise, real growth and mutual respect. We build every day with the same method we use to build our products.

01

Mission and Core Values

MGR was founded in 1987 on principles of reliability and a hands-on approach to clients. Those same principles guide how we treat the people who work with us every day.

02

Real Professional Growth

Our Team Leaders grew up internally, starting on the shop floor. Anyone who joins MGR with a will to learn has a real career path ahead, not just a desk.

03

Work Environment and Safety

A facility of over 2,500 sqm, organized workstations, safety training that's real, not just a formality. We work to do things well, not to rush.

04

Rewards and Benefits

Recognized effort, clear working hours, an environment where your contribution shows in the final result that leaves the facility.

05

Innovation and Technology

Laser cutting, CNC machining, automated fabric cutting: we work with up-to-date machinery, and anyone who joins really learns how to use it.

06

Team and Collaboration

The mechanical and textile departments work side by side on the same projects. Here, teamwork isn't a slogan: it's how every product is made.

07

Results-Oriented Leadership

Whoever leads a department at MGR has lived it from the ground up. We know what it takes to work well, and we're committed to making that possible for you every day.

Our Facility

Over 2,500 sqm of facility, 27+ people, almost 30 years of hands-on work: here your trade is built every day, not just on paper.

Who We're Looking For

Let's Find Out If We're a Good Fit

Join MGR if:

  • 01 You want to learn a real trade, not just carry out a repetitive task.
  • 02 You want to work in an organized, clean environment, as part of a team with departments other than your own.
  • 03 You're looking for a place where your skills grow, are recognized and are developed over time.
  • 04 You believe precision and attention to detail make the difference in a finished product.
  • 05 You want to build your future in a solid company that's been growing for almost 30 years.

It's not for you if:

  • 01 You're looking for a purely execution-based job, with no interest in understanding the process behind it.
  • 02 You'd rather work in isolation, without engaging with the people working in the departments next to yours.
  • 03 You think ongoing training and staying up to date on procedures are a waste of time.
  • 04 You're looking for a job you can do without regard for the final result or safety standards.
  • 05 You're only looking for temporary work, with no interest in growing together with the company.
